Wheelchair and Parastanding Tennis Clinics
Every Sunday, wheelchair and parastanding athletes come to Premier Tennis Center to enjoy an afternoon of tennis together. We host all skill levels and ages at these clinics.
We are also proud to host a summer tennis camp specifically for parastanding players. In August 2024, we held the FIRST EVER parastanding tennis camp in the nation, alongside USTA Midwest. We we will be hosting the camp again this summer on August 2 and 3, 2025.
These types of programs mean so much to the athletes who are often underrepresented and lack tennis opportunities.
Special Olympics Pickleball and Tennis Expo
Premier hosts a monthly tennis and pickleball expo in partnership with Special Olympics Michigan and David’s House Ministries.
This program was started with the goal of having fun and creating interest in the two sports, and we’ve achieved that in so many different ways. The special athletes love to participate and are so grateful for this opportunity!
