COURT ConnectionS

COURT: Community, Opportunity, Unity, & Responsibility through Tennis

Building connections on court

West Michigan Community Tennis (WMCT) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to grow the game of tennis through meaningful outreach.

In COURT Connections, we offer free and reduced-pricing programs at local schools, community parks, and Premier Tennis Center. COURT Connections aims to connect more people to tennis, while also fostering meaningful social connections that last beyond the tennis court.

NJTL Classes: combining tennis & education

As a chapter of USTA’s National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) program, we offer much more than just tennis classes. All of our COURT Connections programs include mental health education through our partnership with “be nice.” The NJTL classes take place in local schools and at Premier Tennis Center.

Adaptive tennis: Making Racquet Sports Accessible

WMCT proudly hosts a monthly tennis expo with Special Olympics Michigan, as well as weekly tennis clinics for wheelchair & parastanding athletes. These programs mean so much to athletes who are looking for more accessible tennis opportunities. Our Adaptive Tennis classes take place at Premier Tennis Center.
