New Performance Tennis Training

Our tennis training program is designed for athletes who want to improve their strength, stamina, and dynamic power on the tennis court.

Utilizing our new Keiser pneumatic fitness equipment, athletes will participate in classes specifically for tennis players.

Performance Tennis Training classes for adults are $12/class for members and $27/class for nonmembers.

Juniors participating in CTT Performance Training classes must pay $108 for the entire session.

Group Fitness Classes

Premier offers exciting fitness classes every week. We have a varied schedule with over 12 different formats for all interests and fitness levels.

Classes are taught by certified fitness professionals. All group fitness classes are included with membership. Guests pay $10 per class.

AMPD Power Flow with Lori

    Move through Yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout.

    This full-body, low-impact workout focuses on toning and strengthening the body. Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.
  • Tuesdays 9:00am-9:45am
    Bootcamp will challenge your muscular endurance and raise your heart rate using dumbbells, bands, and more.
  • Thursdays 5:30am-6:15am
    Experience the fusion of core work and cardio for an all-over workout.
  • Mondays 11:00am-11:45am
    Move and groove to your favorite fun songs from the 60s – today! Easy to follow steps, even for those with two left feet! “If you’re moving, you’re doing it right!”

    Get ready to push your limits with this fast-paced workout! HIIT combines short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods to maximize fat burning, build strength, and boost endurance. Each class features a dynamic mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises.

    Focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, or a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
  • Wednesdays 11:00am-11:45am
    Suitable for beginners to advanced yogis, this workout provides breathing exercises and relaxation without the strain on your joints. Participants complete seated and standing yoga poses for their comfort level and safety.

    Combine strength training with basic movements to improve muscle strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.
  • Mondays 6:00pm-6:45pm
    Experience a mixture of cardio, step, and boxing combinations infused with weight training and abs. This is a full-body workout for all fitness levels.
  • Tuesdays 5:30am-6:15am
    Utilize dumbbells, body weight training, resistance bands, and more to work your full body through a resistance-style workout.
  • Mondays 9:00am-9:45am

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the latest pop and hip-hop music. No dance experience needed, and all fitness levels are welcome!
