New Performance Tennis Training
Our tennis training program is designed for athletes who want to improve their strength, stamina, and dynamic power on the tennis court.
Utilizing our new Keiser pneumatic fitness equipment, athletes will participate in classes specifically for tennis players.
Performance Tennis Training classes for adults are $12/class for members and $27/class for nonmembers.
Juniors participating in the CTT Performance Training classes must pay $108 for the entire session.

Group Fitness Classes
Premier offers 21 exciting classes every week. We have a varied schedule with over 12 different formats for all interests and fitness levels.
Classes are taught by certified fitness professionals. All group fitness classes are included with membership. Guests pay $10 per class.
AMPD Power Flow with Lori
- Wednesdays 9:00am-9:45am
- Saturdays 9:00am-9:45am
AMPD Power Flow takes Yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout for all levels and abilities.
Barre with Alison
- Thursdays 9:00am-9:45am
- Fridays 9:00am-9:45am
This full-body, low-impact workout focuses on toning and strengthening the body. It is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates and is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Bootcamp with Erica
- Tuesdays 9:00am-9:45am
Bootcamp will challenge your muscular endurance and raise your heart rate using dumbbells, bands, and more.
Cardio & Core with Erica
- Thursdays 5:30am-6:15am
This class is a perfect fusion of core work and cardio to get your heart rate up and increase your core strength.
Dance Fitness with Barb

Move and groove to your favorite songs from the 60s! This class offers easy-to-follow steps, and all fitness levels and ages are welcome. If you’re moving, you’re doing it right!
Gentle Yoga with Kris

This class is perfect for beginners, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone looking to unwind and de-stress in a soothing environment.
Silver Sneakers with Margaret

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion for daily life activities. Participants can use handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, or a Silver Sneakers ball. This class will often use a chair for seated exercises or standing support.
Senior Stretch with Frankie
- Fridays 10:00am-10:45am
Stretch out your body with gentle movements. This class incorporates balance, stability, and breath work to improve range of motion and core strength.
Silver Sneakers Yoga with Erica
- Wednesdays 11:00am-11:45am
This class is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis, and it provides breathing exercises and relaxation without the strain on your joints. Participants complete seated and standing yoga poses for your comfort level and safety.
Senior Strength with Lori (Tuesdays) and Erica (Thursdays)

Senior Strength combines strength training with basic movements to improve muscle strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.
Total Body Blast with Lori
- Mondays 6:00pm-6:45pm
This mixture of cardio, step, and boxing combinations is infused with weight training and abs. This is a full-body workout for all fitness levels. This class is free for Ramblewood Apartment residents.
Total Body Strength with Erica
- Tuesdays 5:30am-6:15am
This strength-style class will utilize dumbbells, body weight, resistance bands, and more to work your entire body through a resistance-style workout.
WERQ with Lori

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the latest pop and hip-hop music. No dance experience needed, and all fitness levels are welcome!
